As residents of Yacht Club Dr., we are opposed to the development plans of 206 apartments at the corner of US 1 and Yacht Club Dr. This is not in alignment with the character of the neighborhood or the Village as a whole. The traffic impacts will have a negative impact on our day to day lives as well as many other unintended outcomes. 

We urge the Council to vote NO to these plans and ask the developer, Planning and Zoning, and the Council to consider other uses.  

1/14/22- Village Council announced last night they are postponing the vote on the project so the developer can respond to our concerns. More to follow.
