We the undersigned call on North Lincolnshire Council to resurface and widen Holmes Lane, Winterton.  The section of the road between Park Street & Ermine Street.

After years of poor council repairs to the road, the increase in traffic and 350 new houses being built in Winterton, which will only make matters worse and degrade the road even further. 

Its time to tackle this issue properly by resurfacing the road and widen it to a proper two lane road, to future proof this section of infrastructure which in its current state is a danger to vehicles and people.
