I hope KARMA will get even with the “owners”. Hoping both “owners” die in the same fate they let this poor animal die. I’m signing the petition HOPING the “owners” will not be allowed to have animals FOR LIFE!!!!

Why are humans still allowed to abuse, neglect, torture, starve all this innocent animals when there is a law against animal cruelty!? All the authorities involved in the profession of the ASAPC, LOCAL AUTHORITIES, THE STATE ATTORNEY OFFICE Are not doing their jobs should be held accountable for the death of another innocent animal who cannot speak for themselves. We are their voice screaming out for justice against their abuser and we will continue to shout out and report everyone involved in such unacceptable behavior.

Aggravated cruelty should be charged and Officer Olivera should be fired for gross incompetence. Of course, in rough & ready Nevada, aggravated cruelty may not be a possible charge. Is everyone in Nevada, other than a tiny number of rescuers, too busy making money off of tourism, gambling, and prostitution to do anything about updating its laws regarding animals.
