Stop development plans for Baldock, land south of Clothall Common, Herts.

North Hertfordshire District Council is proposing to allow development on 13.3 hectares of beautiful age-old countryside .
The particular proposed area this petition is objecting to is the land south of Clothall Common on the edge of Baldock (REF: B/r12).

Our Council is estimating to allow the build of 214 new dwellings on 13.3 hectares of land, we believe this will cause a great deal of additional pressure on roads, our doctors surgery, primary and secondary schools and all other local facilities.

This proposed development will also negatively effect the character of our market town by destroying part of its historical, archaeological and visual charm.

Please sign our petition and help us to save our countryside, we must stand up for the fields we grew up with and know so well.

Thank you for your support.
