North Harbour PB, NL is in desperate need of not only new pavement but also a brand new road bed from The Heritage Run Highway running to the end of the town of North Harbour. There is no employment, pharmacies or hospitals in North Harbour which leaves each and everyone of us to have to drive out over North Harbour Road when in reality it isn't safe to walk on. There are potholes, frost has the road bed hove every which way, Guard rails have fallen down, and there is a lack of caution signs. It is our responsibility to keep our cars safe for the road and our MHAs responsibility to keep our roads safe for our cars. If you're tired of beating your car out over North Harbour road PLEASE sign for change.
