A North Carolina law prevents some prescription mail order firms from doing business in NC.  At the same time, Marc Cuban, owner of the Dallas Maverick, has just (February 2022) launched a company which makes some prescription drugs available at very low costs (generic cost plus 15%).  The law prevents NC residents from participating in this plan and prevents significant savings. 

This petition asks the North Carolina legislature to reconsider and make appropriate changes to this law so that our residents can benefit as residents of most other states do.
