September the 7th is the one year date that my baby brother Tommy was murdered by Dale Hague. Dale Hague has been treated as if he is the victim released on bond on December the 18th and spending the holidays with his family while my family is spending their first Christmas without my little brother. We were told that Hague was being treated like this because he was old and he was sick and covid will play a role in keeping him out. Well my question to the Court is what the hell does being old or sick have to do with anything. Dale Hague was charged with 1st degree murder and is still free because he's old. He murdered my brother and left him laying in a pool of his own blood while he turned and walked back to his house . Tommy was unarmed and across two fence lines hunting land that he had hunted for years and Hague came onto property that doesn't belong to him and shot my brother through his face with a nine ml handgun . Just because he worked with the sheriff's department doesn't give him the right to just shoot whom ever he pleases he deserves to pay for his crime. Our mother just passed away on August the 14th and all she wanted was some kind of justice served for her little boy, her youngest child and only son. On her death bed she ask me if anything had ever been done for Tommy. It isn't right that we the victims are continuously being punished for Dale Hagues crime so please help me fight for justice for my brother put this murdering Man in prison don't let his former job keep him from paying for killing my brother. Please in honor of my sweet mother's final wishes help me fight to get Dale Hague back behind bars help me in the fight for Justice for Tommy!!!
