According to the National Violence Against Women Survey, a man is battered every 37.8 seconds. Right now a man is being hurt by someone who was supposed to love them. We can help. Equality means equality in all things, so let’s give hurting men the same resources as women to heal. Paying attention to men’s issues wouldn’t mean less rights for women, it would only mean more rights for victims. These poor men are often turned away from facilities that claim to cater to men, women, and children alike, laughed at when they call hotlines for help, and left with no hope. WE CAN HELP.
