Trans youth in the state of North Carolina are banned from participating in extracurricular activities aligned with their affirmed gender.

Its damaging to mental health, it can leave long term trauma, and cause future mental issues. Recent studies have found that more than 50% of trans male teens and 29.9 of trans women teens have attempted suicide at some point in their lives. 

School is a place where kids shouldn’t have to worry about their safety and or feeling valid in the eyes of others.
