Due to zoning and according to the bylaws, if you live in the farm and Forest Zone a homeowner is not allowed to operate a small at home business. We have requested to have a small bait and tackle shop out of our garage on our property on 895 Lebanon Road North Berwick. This is a low impact business that would not impede or cause traffic issues or violate any noise ordinances. We are requesting that the bylaws be amended and will allow such a business.
