On Sunday, July 4th at 10am, Calvin Larondeau, broke into 1707 Cassell's street, a secure seniors building. He found an elderly gentleman in the hallway, proceeded to chase him down, and force the gentleman in his own apartment, where he viciously attacked the elderly gentleman. He stabbed and slashed him repeatedly. Police were able to stop the attack, and apprehended Calvin Larondeau on scene. The victim (at the time of writing this) is still fighting for his life.
