Norman in Spider-Man had spent his whole life trying to build his company up, but the board decides to sell his company without consulting with him. They force his resignation. They take all he has ever worked for in life. Then a disease inside his body makes him to bad things. Norman was just a simple businessman trying to get places in the world. He had a son that he loved and that he looked out for. In the end Norman dies next to Spider-Man and spider man had the chance to save him but didn’t. This is why Norman was done wrong
