New larger roads have proved constantly that they attract more traffic, in the end resulting in more congestion. In the meantime loss of habitat/wildlife will not recover.

Why build roads that are unnecessary. The footprint and the potential to change the nature of the ecology over its length is devastating and the cost is outrageous.

Because more than ever nature and animal habitat need to be protected. It is disappearing at an alarming rate.

We must stop expansionist capitalism. It is getting us nowhere. It is killing our planet. 60% of wild vertebrates have been wiped out in that last few decades. Protect the trees! Protect the bats! Protect the biodiversity!

Ring roads around city centres can seem like a good idea, but they don't always solve traffic issues. We must ask ourselves if another potential white elephant justifies fragmenting wildlife habitat and destroying woodlands that support many animals including rare bats, not to mention the considerable cost to taxpayers of blighting the Norfolk countryside.

This does not look to be the best route. Greater value needs to be out on woodland and river areas. Why not run it through the airfield?

The effects since the first By Pass has been horrendous since the damage to the single track around the Taverham Road bends, Felthorpe, has resulted in erosion to the roadside banks, which were then tarmacked over. I am now in a position where I get no deliveries and at best the mirrors across the road give me 3 seconds, No body has ever come in person to see for them selves. Think about the village ratruns these big, clever schemes cause.
