Brandon is a 23 year old man with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair, and had a passion for the wrestling industry.

He is currently training as a commentator & mc  with a well known wrestling family in Norwich. It is his dream to move to Norwich to be closer to his friends and pursue his career.

If Brandon was not disabled, he would be able to move to Norwich and follow his dreams, however he has been informed he cannot move to Norwich as he has family and a support package and suitable funding in Hertfordshire.

This is most unfair, and Brandon feels he is being discriminated against due to his disabilities, and cannot have a say in where he lives and how he wants to live his life.

This petition is to Norwich Council to ask that they reconsider this decision and support Brandon with a move to Norwich with a suitable care package.

This petition is not only for Brandon, but all the disabled people in similar situations, who just want to be able to make their own choices in life like everyone else.
