I'm signing because our dog's need places to socialise and it's a lot nicer for them and owner's to do that on the beach than in a caged up park with a few benches.

Sunshine Beach is a beautiful spot that is enjoyed by locals with and without dogs. It bring spirit to the community and the rate of incidents is practically nil.

Having lived in the area for close to 10 years, I can only recall one dog related incident.

To get rid of the designated dog area, or doggy beach as it's affectionately known, is to totally undermine Sunshine Beach and the community that live there.

Myself and my dogs have grown up on this beach for the past 10 years and I think it's rediculous to take away apart on sunshine's culture! And that's coming from an 18 year old! Let the dogs and their owners enjoy part of Noosa's best aspects insted of turning it into somthing that no local wants!

My dogs and I have enjoyed many happy hours on the offleash area of Sunshine Beach. I am a property owner in Sunshine and will continue to use the beach.

When I holiday I holiday in North sunshine because I can bring my dog off lease. Do you want to stop tourist dollars?
