We the people of Nooiensfontein and directly adjacent to proposed housing project would like to bring the following to light.

We are all for our people being provided housing that gives dignity and forms part of adjacent communities. However this project in its current form does neither. Serviced plots and no upgrade to bulk services will add to legacy left by previous poor planning. This would be an injustice to current residents and future.

Failure of this petition would most likely lead to universal dire cosequences if project is implemented as it stands.

We hope you can add your voice to ours to see true public participation. The City of Cape Town and subcouncil 21 need to give to community what is due to community.
