Personally I have 3 misdemeanor thefts on my background in which I made a change of going back to school and changing my life around to become better than what I am now. I was recently offered a job position as an intern for process operator and now was sent PreAdverse letter due to background. I have made a change and wish that they can improve ways for individuals that have completed probation to be able to get record sealed or expunged off record. Especially if individuals taking the lead on changing life for better but than getting pushed back down for past mistakes
