We need Justice for Rayco Bethea. Inmate #27720-171 . Rayco has been charged with Conspiracy and did not cooperate with the Government. They wanted him to tell on others and fear for his family he did not cooperate. They sentenced him to a Life Sentence. He is NON- VIOLENT. Also, he has health problems such as Lupas, High Blood Pressure, sleep Apnea and needs a kidney . He is not getting the proper care in prison. His wife and kids needs him. If Covid-19 gets to him, he will die. He has never been caught with any drugs or anything, just phone conversation and other inmates writing false statements on him to get their time reduced. He does not deserve life in prison.
