Dear Mr and Mrs Foster,

Nolan should be able to stay in Oregon. Nolan is a wonderful young man and could never to any wrong. He is very responsible and a joy to be around. Sometimes people make mistakes, but we can learn from them and not make the same mistakes again. That being said nolan had learned from his mistake and will not do it again. Therefore he should be able to stay in Oregon. I (Danny) will supervise Nolan for you because I am very responsible.
