Hello my name is Jessica Hoover I live at 5660 N May Ave Apt 117 Oklahoma city  ok 73112 , my sister lives in apt 115 our AC has been out since July 3 2022 the whole south side of the property has no working AC about 50 apartments people have kids animals we can't cook sit in our in living room we can't do nothing. My sister has medical issues she is now on oxygen she had a minor heat stroke from the heat inside her apartment she stayed a week in the hospital,  now the management company Avenue property management served an eviction notice for non payment of rent. She started in apt 114 due to no ac in that unit they transferred her into apt 115 as they still don't have her moved in the system they are trying to make her pay full rent for an apartment that isn't functioning complex. Their is several families that are infected by this 50 families we need help to be heard
