I am opposed to an aquatic center, community center or any other town facility being built on Hardy Lane. It is inappropriate to place such a facility in the middle of residential neighborhoods. Sell the property with deed restriction to require single family homes as they are defined by the current zoning for that street.  

This property has a single way in and out and pulls out onto a heavily traveled road. I have been told by the residents they already have difficulty leaving their homes on those dead end streets due to the traffic. These facilities will make that much worse and hurt property values as well. 

The town needs to use a space that will not create such havoc on the homeowners in our neighborhoods.
