100 million dollars would be better spent in policing and coming up with ways to curb homelessness in downtown areas. 

There are many more useful ways to use these allocated dollars than for bike lanes. Some businesses have suffered with bike lanes in front of their parking spaces.

There has been enough spending on these lanes and not enough in dealing with downtown homelessness among other more major items.

Time to have our city council be realistic in their funding.
