The City needs financing and movement on land ALREADY held. Something may not be "wholesome " here. I would rather see land held temporarily by garden, school,or civic associations with a DOABLE plan. HMNnnnn. thank-you

The land should be of use to every one not just those who can walk. Some people can only ride in order to see our beautiful country.

My wife and are building a new duplex on 17th and Titan. The lot was an overgrown, trash filled, human diaper and dog waste toxic dump site. Not any more. We are improving the neighborhood now with no involvement from the City..

An absolute idiotic plan. The city is actually discouraging development in an area that is less than a mile from center city and SHOULD be a beautiful place to live!! What the he'll is goin on!

This is yet another city council overreach that will do more harm than good. The more involvement that city council has in planning and land-use issues, the worse things will get.

This is an abuse of eminent domain and makes absolutely no sense. This is an abuse of power. Most of the development done by the city is poor and I prefer the development done by private developers.
