It is an obstruction and unnecessary obstacle to have cars parked on Bellis Road. There are blind spots and hills that prevent drivers from seeing what is on the other side of a hill or around a corner. Parking should be limited to special events by permit only. The safety of our families, friends and people who are not used to the road is the concern. This will prevent injuries and possible deaths.
