The Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process contained significant misinformation making it totally flawed and it should be withdrawn or rejected.
In addition, the environmental and social impacts and the financial risks to rate payers are too great. There is no need to build a new runway with utilisation of the existing runway at 12%. There are far more important projects needed on the Sunshine Coast. There are no benefits to Sunshine Coast residents only risks and potentially increased rates.
