New York is one of the most expensive places to live in. With the outbreak of Covid-19 renters who have lost their jobs will not be able to pay rent. We are asking for rent forgiveness for at least 90 days , with no paybacks or penalties. No tenants can be thrown out. Owners with mortgages who rent please grant the same. There are many families and single parents already struggling to make ends meet. Now with this horrible Pandemic forcing us to loose our jobs due to state shut downs we as New Yorkers will never be able to pay rent , bills and feed our families. We are asking you to please help us and this beautiful place that we live. Help us stay here. If we can not afford to live here we will be forced to live somewhere else. We have some of the top schools and wonderful communities here In New York with beautiful landmarks. Pleas don’t push us out over this horrible pandemic. We did not ask for this nor did our innocent children.
