We applaud your commitment to ensuring that students of all races, religions, abilities, gender identities and sexual orientations are treated with dignity and respect.

We believe that you, too, should be treated with dignity and respect by your community.

NCSD's reputation for excellence has been built by you, our educators and administrators, through tireless work over many years. You have adapted to challenge after challenge and found ways to meet the unique needs of each student.

We object to the hate-filled rhetoric and demonization of public school educators shared recently in our community. We stand with YOU and against hate in Novi.
