We Oppose Non Collapsible boardwalks on 75th street.  The Greater Chatham initiative is bringing these Redesigned boardwalks back to 75th Street without INPUT NOR CONSENT from the residents and community who will be affected by these units. The previous units were harbors for loitering, took up parking spaces, not utilized for dining and very unsightly.

RESOLUTION:

1.  We oppose structures that Will not be removed from the street/sidewalk at the end of the business day.
2.  We oppose structures that will attract loitering to 75th street.  Given violence from flash mob activities this is not acceptable.

Conversely:

1.  We do support restaurants having "street dining" on 75th street with structures being totally removed by the end of Normal business hours from the street/sidewalk.
2.  �NOTE why would a liquor store need street dining for people to drink liquor on the street/sidewalk?
