Puppy mills need to be banned, they are horrible places for these dogs. They are forced to breed and breed. The dogs live in horrible conditions and the only reason why this is still happening is that the dogs are given the basic needs to survive, food, water, and shelter. 

If we get this to change, the mills will be shut down and the dogs will be moved to an animal shelter or rescue, where they will be safe and given a better home.
