The organization CCBR creates a hostile environment on campus with graphic imagery and their anti-civil liberty ideas. They make students feel unsafe, unwelcome, and devalued on campus. The University of Manitoba has stated a commitment "to promote and support a community which embraces diversity and inclusion, provides for equality of opportunity, and recognizes the dignity of all people."
