Time and time again if you are in a underserved community the odds of you driving by a school where there’s a liquor store adjacent is inevitable. The dangers this presents in our communities are, loitering by individuals under the influence, a clear link between crime rates and their respective neighborhoods, gateway to other illicit activities. Would you be ok if you’re elementary , middle or high schooler walked past a dangerous situation?
