Lucas "Luke"  Lowe took the life of a very loving, caring, funny & beautifully photogenic woman. Chasity Dykes is missed by so many. He is currently being held at Hawkins County Justice Center in Rogersville, TN on a second degree murder charge & has a $10,000 bond set. I would like to petition the decision of him having a bond. I don't think any monetary amount & freedom of any sort is remotely ok with what he took from her family, friends & community.
