Government, without consultation, are forcing a debt of £200 on every electricity bill, to be repaid commencing April 2023 at 5 x £40 yearly deductions. This should not be enforced people (bill payers) should have an option. This petition is to change the governments mind to make this an opt in choice & not enforced debt.
