Dogs are not allowed at the vic in Withington after 8pm. This is really sad because poor Henry has to stay at home whilst his mum and dad are having a nice drink in a lovely environment. He could be chewing a plastic cup or getting a belly scratch, but since it is believe he can get bit after 8pm - he is not allowed to be there. A lot of other customers agree that this is not fair and they love Henry, therefore this petition was started
