Mayor Gloria is urging the City Council to approve a "settlement" of most of the 101 Ash Street litigation --a settlement that is actually a give-away of hundreds of millions of dollars of your money to protect both him and former mayor Faulconer from being fully deposed under oath. 

This proposed settlement will be presented to the Council in a public meeting July 26th.

Please urge the Council to reject this proposal, and to reject any settlement until both Gloria and Faulconer are first fully deposed under oath in these matters.

The public is entitled to have ALL THE FACTS before any settlement is considered. Gloria is placing his political protection over the interests of San Diego voters, residents and taxpayers.
