It is time to act against the complete and utter disregard for the rights of the residents of NMBM Municipality. Water outages, Potholes, Crime, Streetlight outages and a HOST of other service delivery failures and breakdowns.

The time has come to put our grievances on the table and say "Enough is ENOUGH' and place the roll players in the spotlight for the COMPLETE and utter breakdown of services in the metro. 

Water outages for 3 days!!!! What a joke!! It is written in the Constitution that I have a basic right to water. Being without water for 3 days and having to rely on a water tanker to supply water is NOT what I pay water availability fees for every month!!  Having the office staff of the municipality drive their fancy cars and live their fancy lives does not do anything for the poor, elderly and those who can't just jump in a car and get water. 

The time is NOW to make the members of the Municipality responsible for their actions / non-actions and take them to task.
