When their biggest victory claim is facial hair, we know it's time for new representation! 

Time after time, NBPC has failed us.  From BPAPRA to the recent mandate, they've continually sided against the employees they represent and with the employer.  For too long they have coasted, soaking up our dues and not earning them.  They have picked the battles they want to fight; the easy ones.  They have shown no initiative, no drive.  It's time we remind them, that they work for us.  They represent our interests, not their own or the governments.  It's time we hold them accountable for their blatant laziness. 

Currently agents are being forced to choose between their conscience over a personal healthcare decision and supporting their family.  And what does our union do?  Sit idly by, spewing out the same old rhetoric, while agent's are being faced with termination.

That is why we pay them.  If they do not represent us, then we will have no re-course, but to find an organization that will.         

- NBPC, we will not forget your grevious failure to represent and protect us.  When the time comes, we will be there, ready to vote YOU out; once and for all! -

Their parent union has openly donated to polictians who don't support the mission of the USBP.  We need a union who has our best interest in mind.  Who is not afraid to stand up against over-reaches of our employer.  We need representation that doesn't hide in the shadows.  We need a union who is outspoken and bold.  We need representation that makes themselves available when we need them.  We need a union who will FIGHT FOR THE AGENTS!

This petition is the first step to removing the NBPC as the official representation of BP agents.  Removal of a union is done through the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).  More information can be found here: https://apps.nlrb.gov/MyAccount/#/ChargeAndPetition/FilingType

Once signatures are gathered here,  we can begin the process through the NLRB.
