In Trenton Fire Department, we work hard to train the best firefighters we can. However, when bozos who don't know how to RP in FD/EMS join, they go and medrush in their ladder trucks. All of this makes us look unrealistic and unprofessional. This needs to stop. 

In order to ensure that all Fire and EMS personnel are properly trained, it is critical that we make the Fire Department whitelist only. For anyone who believes this will offset team balance, it will not. The Fire team almost always either has nobody or swarms of noobies who don't know what they are doing and won't listen to TFD Command staff. By making it whitelist-only, it will not make a big difference to team balances, especially with the group requirement.
