Revoke the Booster requirement at NJIT

Revoke the Booster requirement at NJIT
NJIT has made the abrupt, unethical and unnecessary decision to mandate that
“NJIT will require all students, faculty, and staff that are currently eligible based on CDC guidelines (6 months for Moderna, 5 months for BioNTech/Pfizer, and 2 months for Johnson & Johnson) receive a booster vaccination no later than January 31, 2022”
Students were not part of the decision making process.
This decision is especially concerning given that the newest variants only have “mild” symptoms most of which are found on the back of a NyQuil bottle.
This goes against standard medical ethics of informed consent and is nothing more than coercion
NJIT Needs to revoke this mandate and allow students, faculty and staff to make their own informed medical decisions, not receive a forced injection due to this insane mandate.
