Regulate taxi aggregators from cheating us

I had a very bad experience with Uber. I am a physically challenged person and with rains lashing the city, I booked a cab in advance and the distance was only 12kms. At the time of allotment of the cab I was shown a fare of 226 and upon reaching the destination the bill came out to be 750. 750 for a 12km ride and the company simply justifies its act by saying there is surge pricing due to high demand.
In the name of demand taxi aggregators are fleecing us if our money. And the sad part is that the actual driver doesn't get the full surge amount while the company keeps most of the amount. Please support this campaign to reach the concerned government authorities to regulate the surge pricing policies of taxi hailing services.
