Residents of Delhi are fed-up with frequent cancellation of trips by Ola and Uber drivers without any second thoughts. Many a times people with important appointments or having a flight to catch or students going for examination are left stranded by these cancellation.

Moreover none of these companies seem to be taking any action on these drivers.

When these companies happily fleece customers in name of Surge pricing they should be equally penalised for such cancellations.

Everytime there is a cancellation customer's account should be credited with Rs 50 - this will stop erring drivers from cancelling trips.
