TCEAS: Poor Customer Service Quality

We are the owners of Nissan Serena S-Hybrid from Malaysia and would like to express our dissatisfaction with Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Sdn Bhd (TCEAS). TCEAS doesn't demonstrate technical proficiency in solving the issues that we faced such as:
- Air circulation duct was not installed after service.
- Irritating noises leaking from sliding door.
- Irritating noises from air compressor.
When it was highlighted to TCEAS, the excuse given was very non technical and blame it on the car design instead. It doesn't justify with the fees that we are paying. As a consumer, we have every right to demand a favorable answer from TCEAS and do that note that this is automotive and in automotive industry quality stand above all.
Please comply to our demand with a favorable answer before further damaging the reputation of Nissan.
