India where these days we are talking about woman empowerment and motivating them to join the workforce.

Same time our Public sector banks management discourages them to resign or taking leave without pay by transferring them far away from their homes (Interstate) and asking them to come on holiday.

For women its very tough to relocate to new places every three years by leaving their family and kids (small as 0-5 years for 80% of women)

Some women even face bigger problems when they get transferred like they are pregnant at that time and some are having health issues in their family but management never bothers about this. 

The most prominent of them all now is the Central Bank of India which recently even canceled the Preferential transfer of Woman (this allowed women to put transfer requests on special conditions) 

So, please Ask PSB and especially the Central Bank of India to put aside these demotivating policies and make their offices a happy places to work.

Also, ask them to take an employee happiness survey every year.
