Respected Madam,  

Why this Bipartite settlement for Bankers, which has no proper formula. Just negotiations, these union leaders just want to keep themselves alive. It's simply rubbish. 

Once there is a formula and well designed central pay commission for central govt employees, why not to include PSU and PSB employees in CPC?  

This will definitely remove the unions and increase the moral of the employees which will in turn help the economy...
