This is the high time when Bank Unions have signed MOU with IBA and Bank Management without considering Retired Bankers wage updation. The Bank Employees are only community where pension updation not happening. The top rank employee retired some years back are getting lower pension when compared with junior staff retired recently.  The One rank One Pension has been considered for armed forces but banker is still looking at sky. We the retired banker request your intervention in wage settlement talks before it concludes with considering our genuine demand.

Further, the health insurance cover provided under IBA policy is going costlier year on year despite reduction in coverage and facilities. The premium has multiplied many fold since its inception in 2015. The premium burden on retired employees are more than one months pension. This must also be taken at appropriate level to provide relief to retirees. 

The union leaders negotiating wage settlement are not pressing demands of retired employees and denying legitimate right to those employees who spend their life for building present banking structure.  Your intervention at this stage will be help to senior citizens.
