This is a serious alert to Indian bank account holders. Recent PMC bank scam has sent a alert to all citizen of India making them loss faith in present banking system and fear of losing their hard earned life long saved monies kept in bank as savings for any future calamities or expenses. With a bank guarantee of just 1 lakh provided at present by govt on any bank deposits. such low guarantee is outdated with present inflation. Madam FM, needs to immediately increase this guarantee and also make arrangements to amend present constitutional statues to give full FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT TO EVERY CITIZEN TO HAVE FULL RIGHT TO MOVABLE PROPERTIES OR MONIES DEPOSITED IN BANKS AND OTHER GOVERNMENT RECOGNIZED INSTITUTIONS. This is urgent need of hour to boost failing confidence of citizens. This guarantee is most needed to every family and individual to live a decent life after slogging and saving whole life for a better future for himself and his loved ones.

HOW CAN ANY GOVT SIMPLY PLUNDER OR TAKE AWAY SOMEONE'S HARD EARNED LIFE SAVINGS FOR DISTRIBUTING IT FREE TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR BRINGING THEM OUT FROM THEIR MISTAKES ? This  BALLING OUT is unethical, unjustified and against principle of natural justice. THERE R REPORTS OF PEOPLE SUFFERING HEART ATTACKS DUE TO PMC EPISODE. As per media reports, already many banks r facing the BANK RUN as people have started withdrawing their monies. If this correction is not made immediately, people would simply start wasting whatever money they have in hand before it is snatched away from their possession.

Present crises is due to 44th amendment made to constitution during emergency by Late Mrs. Gandhi in 1977 where citizen lost their right to property. Modi'Ji and FM Madam need to correct this by reverting back and bring back fresh amendment to constitution and once again give citizens their Fundamental right to their hard earned money.

It is shocking to note that Govt gives full guarantee for Life Insurance subscribers to promote business of Insurance but it fails to give full guarantee to hard earned monies deposited in bank for safety and security. A big WHY ? One institute is promoted and other neglected. Soon banking industry would suffer the setback if situation not rectified immediately and depositors confidence not restored.
