Having the ability to express my unique tastes on my island suits me.   Nintendo should turn an issue into a feature and keep the fans happy who are willing to share and express in this amazing comunity.   Nintendo should show support for diversity and not just cater to bullies and thugs. People who are affected by this feel violated and cast aside.   Something very personal was altered without consent because of a small hate group.  How can a company who supports friendly family values support players causing discord in such a way.

Being able to customize and mod is a standard in the gaming community.  Most of the serious games allow this and have very few issues with it.  It is something that unites strangers.  Something that allows the forging of new friendships.  Values that Nintendo should take seriously.  Values that Nintendo should consider its own.  As a game system Nintendo has always stood apart in it ability to deliver unique ideas and products. Now is a time where people are divided in may ways, separated and isolated. It is a great opportunity to show they support their users. The people and family, both business and players who have invested both time and money to be happy.  To make us feel at home.
