Homelessness!! New Zealand needs to change what is happening in society. The days have come were the increasing numbers of homeless is reaching breaking point.

Communities see whole families living in vehicles or sheltered under buildings, but the government isn't doing anything urgently enough to make an immediate change.

I would like to make a proposal that the RSAs' and government buildings be utilized as welfare shelters and a governing body to assist with the service to the homeless. Funded by the government.
