This is an utter outrage that a war criminal who cares nothing for his people, who kills, gasses and maims them with impunity and without compunction would become president of a disarmament forum. This man is another Hitler. Worse. He should be tried for war rimes and spend the rest of his sorry life rotting in prison. And in hell.
