A Manitoba MP has lost her critic position after travelling out of the country to see a "sick relative".

New Democratic Party MP Niki Ashton was STRIPPRED of her shadow critic roles after taking a vacation in Greece.

Ashton, who represents Churchill—Keewatinook Aski, tweeted she was with her grandmother on New Year's Day. Despite the punishment, many feel this is not enough to discourage this sort of two-faced behaviour.

Critics have called her a hypocrite, and many are asking for Ashton to resign in shame.

This petition is to ask Niki Ashton to do the right thing, and resign immediately.
